About the Chamber
The Chamber is a not-for-profit 501 C(6) organization, governed by a Board of Directors and our membership.Our chamber of commerce is a voluntary partnership of business and professional people working together to build a healthy economy and to improve the quality of life in a community. As a chamber we take on many different functions: economic developer and planner, tourist information center, business spokesperson, economic counselor and teacher, small business resource, government relations specialist, human resources advisor, and public relations practitioner. We provide networking and marketing opportunities, political advocacy, economic development and professional enrichment through out mission to create and sustain a successful economic environment.
The Chamber provides opportunities to impact critical business and community issues. Together, with our Board of Directors, professional staff, talented leaders in business, community and government along with Chamber members, we work to make Haywood County a better place to live work and play. As a member, you will receive a free listing in our Online Business Directory. Listing will feature business name, contact information and web address. Upgraded listings available that includes feature photo/logo and up to 25-word description.
You and your employees receive an unlimited subscription to our weekly electronic newsletter for the duration of your membership. The eWeekly updates members with current news, events and information. As a new member, your business will be featured in the “Welcome New Members” section of The eWeekly for 30 days.

This includes: Worker’s Compensation, Supplemental & Disability, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, provided through First Benefits Insurance and your insurance company is designed to lower the worker’s compensation expenses for members.
