Entrepreneur’s Academy 2023
This morning, as I write about vulnerabilities and strengths in business, I reflect on the clients I have served and what it is about them that makes them successful. Here are my conclusions:
-They smile a lot.
-They want their people to smile.
-They listen to their people.
-They are open to new ways to manage.
-They want to be more efficient.
-Entrepreneurs who are hungry to try new ways, care about their people and customers, and seek to innovate do well. (They also smile a lot.) Others cling to the way things are and fail to grow.
I think of those I have served over the past year or so. Jeremy Pressley and Stephanie Harris, Paula Barton, Adam Bridges, Hunter and Felisha Wyman, William Styles, Tyler Richardson, and others during the pandemic. They all smile and hunger for ways to make things better.
The good news. If you hunger to find ways to manage a business better and create strategies for moving forward, the Southwestern Commission is here to support you and your dreams! So am I.
